“This is a great side dish; however, I was surprised at the consistency. The spinach and mushrooms sit in a foundation of bread, so it has more of consistency like that of a "light" stuffing/dressing. It has a very nice flavor that is distinctive but not overwhelming.
I can see this being served with a variety of meats.”
“The casserole was not what I expected. I love mushrooms and spinach but there was not much of either. It was mainly breading/stuffing. The taste and texture were serious lacking. My family tried it but did not really eat it.”
