“I ordered this for my husband's birthday because he loves cedar plank salmon. We grilled it as directed, and he loved it. I am not a big fan of salmon, but I loved it too. It was tender, not fishy, perfectly seasoned and delightful. We served it with new boiled potatoes from the garden with butter and dill, and fresh garden peas with butter and cream. It was a fabulous meal, and we are very happy with this gift. For dessert, we had one of Mackenzie's lemon sorbets, and that was the cherry on the top. Highly recommend the Cedar Plank Salmon.”
