“Lovely to look at and drop dead easy to prepare, but the ratio of herbed cream cheese to smoked salmon is way off. I just add smoked salmon slices (usually rolled up to resemble roses) all around the outside, sprinkle with capers, and put finely sliced and quarted lemon slices piled up in the middle. A separate plate will have tomato slices and thinly sliced sweet onion rings. Add a basket of mini bagels and pour the Mimosas. Minimum fuss, maximum appeal. Delish!”
