“I got my Imported Blue Stilton half wheel of cheese packed in dry ice. I immediatetly cut it into 4 pieces as soon as I got it out of it's packaging and placed 3 in my freezer. I let the one defrost in my frig. I wanted to taste it right away, so before it was completely de-thawed I ate some & it was a bit crumbly, but still delish. I then waited the 24 hour recommended time and the cheese was delightful - I will for sure order this product again. One more thing - the other three pieces were also wonderful after thawing the recommended time. PS The company is in WI and I am in the far western corner of MT. The company was true to the time it would take to deliver the product. Awesome! Awesome!”

“Just one problem. I ordered the small wheel and got a large half wheel. Tastes just great but I was unable to serve it with port which I can with a whole wheel. The half wheel is porious. I will try order the wheel again next time and see what happens.”
