First time cooking this product. I would absolutely cook it again (probably every year now). I placed on a cooking rack and covered with oil/butter cheese cloth and cooked in my smoker for approx 10 hours @ 240 degrees.

We put the Turducken on the smoker - turned out juicy and delicious - everyone enjoyed it and the sides I ordered....will definitely order again

Turducken was easy to prepare and looked great out of the oven. Turkey breast is a little dry waiting for center to hit proper temp. Stuffing was great!

For the price, only half of the Thanksgiving group (6 of 12) really enjoyed it. The other half were ok to resume with a regular turkey.
