“The preparation was easy. The pastry was good, the turkey was moist. But the one thing holding the dish back from an enthusiastic review was the dressing. The texture was slightly off , somehow. It was a little too dense. I did like the addition of the fruit. But the dense ness coupled with too much sage wasn't appealing.”
“The crust and the turkey were both very good but there was WAY too much stuffing and not enough turkey. Plus, unfortunately, nobody here really loved the stuffing. On the plus side, it was very easy to prepare. I would love the same thing with just turkey and the crust.”
