“Browned up nicely in the oven. When I tried to remove the netting, the whole thing fall apart. So rather than being able to serve slices showing three distinct layers, I ended up serving separate pieces of each meat. I can cook a turkey and a chicken and a duck on my own.”
“The turducken and rice pilaf filling tasted great. All of our guests loved it. However, I had two problems with it. First, using my digital meat thermometer, it took a lot longer to bake than predicted, thus throwing off my dinner timeline. Second, even though I used a very sharp knife to slice it, each piece fell apart so that the servings looked more like a rice/poultry mess than a clean slice that demonstrated the three kinds of poultry. Very disappointing.”
“I ordered the Turducken Dinner as a birthday gift to my niece. But, as a frequent customer over the years, the reason I keep ordering is because of the excellence I've always experienced!”
