Holiday Turkey Pot Pie Reviews

4.1 Rating 80 Reviews
The holiday turkey pie was very pretty definitely top marks for presentation. Sadly the pie itself was bland and also represented as a shepard's type pie which it was not. Pie had shredded turkey which I am not a fan of shredded meat so it could just be me. I had hoped for ground turkey and the cranberries couldn't be tasted. Again top marks for beauty but missed the mark completely on the bland taste.

I really enjoyed the Holiday Turkey Pie. As I am self-isolating due to medical reasons during the Pandemic, Christmas was a Zoom event. This Turkey Pie with its stuffing filled the house with holiday aromas as it was cooking. All it needed was a side of Brussel Sprouts and a glass of wine. The description claimed it contained cranberries but the berries weren't very evident but a side of cranberry sauce solved that situation. The spicing was different from what I usually make but the result was very tasty. The instructions were a bit confusing as it said to cover the pie with aluminum foil to start the baking process. It already had foil on it so I pondered whether or not to remove that foil and cover it again. I ended up just leaving it as it was and it turned out beautifully.

This was absolutely delicious. Full of meat and flavour. Perfect crust all around, not just on top.

This Mackenzie's Turkey Pie was very nice and I would buy it again, although I thought it was supposed to have cranberries/cranberry relish in it, and I never found any.

Fair. Hardly any turkey, mostly dressing ( which tasted like stove top stuffing! ) no cranberries and just a little gravy. The crust was fine. Next year I will cook a turkey.
