We had all the side dishes that cooked at various times and temperatures, but my engineer husband tested the meal before Thanksgiving and came up with a simple heating method: Put the turkey in the oven at the recommended temperature of 375 degrees. Ten minutes later, add all the side dishes covered with aluminum foil. Everything comes out perfect when the turkey's one hour of cooking is done.”
