The Feta was nice and salty, the daub of caramelized onions on top were sweet, and the puff pastry was light and came up around the sides keeping most of the feta and caramelized onions inside the puff pastry cup when they are cooked (and the Feta gets soft). I highly recommend these as appetizers.”

The Holiday Turkey Pie was delicious. It had a nice combination of chunky brown and white meat roasted turkey in a delicious gravy with a layer of stuffing, all wrapped in an excellent pastry crust. Easily enough for 4-6 people. We are it over 3 days. Also very good cold for lunch with salad and pickles. Cook from frozen. It arrived quickly on dry ice!
The Cognac Pumpkin Cheesecake was superb! Very generously filled and easily enough for 8 people
The Caramelized Feta pastry Kisses were a great appetizer. Flaky pastry very light as was the cheese filling.
I would buy each of these again in a heartbeat! Not budget foods but well worth it for the quality.”
