“This veal is very good quality, but for some reason the packaging had small holes or tears in it, perhaps from the shipping. So when we simmered it in water, the sauce became watery in the bag, and the pan water turned saucy. Had to make my own sauce. Next time, I think I will take it out of the plastic, let it thaw, and then slow-bake in casserole.”
