This Christmas, because I had to be alone again, I decided to finally treat myself and the Osso Bucolic was great. Reminded me of the dish my father used to get in fancy restaurants on vacations long ago. Easy to prepare and terrific paired with the Spinach Gruyere Crpep cake.”
