“I actually ordered two of these. I served one for Christmas Eve dinner and then we made the other one Christmas day. Looked wonderful but when I took it out of the box and then took off the plastic to replace it with tinfoil the whole top of it came off so I had to scrape it back on to the lasagna. No big deal! Then I put it in the oven at the prescribed heat setting and time took it out smell delicious went to cut into it I could not cut into it they zucchini very tough. I thought you know what let me put this in the oven for another 15 minutes. I must say it was terrible it actually crunched and was hard to cut. Crazy
Anyway on Christmas day I thought well let's try it again lol. This one when you took the plastic off it remained intact covered with foil cooked it for the appropriate time and temp and it came out excellent! The seasoned lamb chops and the mashed potatoes were off the hook!”

“We have bought this casserole several times because it is absolutely delicious. It is a family favorite. We love zucchini and we love cheese. And the combination is a hit! I have stretched it to 5 people as one of three side dishes, but sometimes my husband and I have shared the dish just the two of us :-). However, it is the perfect size for 4 people as one of two side dishes.”
