“These are great reels. Well designed and durable. I really like the hose material used, which is very flexible, but still has a good wall thickness to hold it's shape, not stiff like some hose I've had. Great product!”
“I just got it installed this weekend for the wife. Seems to be very well built. It does make the wife's watering much easier for her.The only thing people should know is that there is no mounting hardware. For me that is no big deal. I always have mounting hardware here at home for all types of things. Just Joe Shmow may not.

The only thing we do not include are the screws, as everyone has different mounting scenarios, such as wood, concrete, metal, etc. so we cannot provide every type of mounting screws.
