“I picked this hose reel because It was the same as the one that I was replacing, however all the parts changed from metal to plastic. The old one held up for at least 10 years, this one I have my doubts. Sitting outside in the sun all day.”

“Absolutely amazing! I was so impressed I purchased 2 more. Effortlessly pull out and retract the hose. The swivel is fantastic and locks if needed. The hose itself is very pliable and flexes nicely even when cold. It is not listed as a non kink hose yet it performs better than any hose I have purchased claiming to be. I am so happy with this hose I told all of my friends, literally. Using any other reel or hanger had always been a struggle and made the thought of needing to pull out a hose made me dread doing whatever task was on hand. Say goodbye to Chinese garbage forever! Now I am actually excited to use it. My wife was so happy with the 82’ hose that she begged me to buy the smaller one for her garden. Now she no longer complains, LOL! “I just received the hose and I am located in the northeast US. With temps below zero at night I have not yet used the hose. I did unbox is and everything appears to be as offered and the reel appears to be well made. Looking forward to trying it once the weather gets warm enough to install it.”
