“I notified your company immediately upon my receipt of your magnetic sign and yet I have not heard back from anyone at your company about possible replacements that I actually can use on my kate model SUVs whose doors are NOT metal therefore these magnetic signs do not work The magnets will not attach to the side door of my vehicles since these late model SUV vehicles are aluminum not metal something I thought your company would know before selling and sending me these magnets signs”
