“I placed one order and it never went through properly. So for some reason, I received four orders of my original order and you charged me four times. I am in the middle of emailing you back-and-forth to get my refund for the last three orders that I did not request.”

“We ordered 10" x 3" magnets and unfortunately, the printed image is much smaller. It should be clearly stated that the design does not include "full bleed". The quality was also disappointing.”
