“I ordered 3 magnets for my truck. Right after ordering, I got an email saying I needed to submit a higher resolution logo, which I did immediately. I also asked them to let me know if the image would work. It took 5 DAYS for them to respond that it would work, and they said to respond “print as is” if I wanted to move forward. I immediately responded print as is. 6 DAYS LATER I hadn’t heard anything, so I emailed them asking if it had shipped, to which they responded my “ticket has been resolved” and my order was released back into printing. They never sent it to the printer after I confirmed to print it. I asked if they could at least expedite shipping since I was already passed the original estimated delivery date at this point, to which they never responded to me again. The magnets are nice but this company literally has THE WORST customer service/communication I’ve dealt with in the last 10 years.”
