“The design tool you provided for your customers shows the design exactly as I intended. I placed the order and the picture on the order form showed exactly what I wanted. What you shipped was a different design which is not acceptable. I am asking you to provide the design I wanted. I have not heard back from you as yet. I did note that what you sent was a nice quality of material. If you can provide what I designed I will certainly give you a higher score.”
