“The last three magnet orders I received have had poor print quality. In the past, the printing quality was very good, but unfortunately, the quality has gone downhill. I have contacted them regarding these issues and have not received a response. I am very disappointed because I have ordered from them before and expected the same good quality I used to receive.”

“I never received my order.ups stated that it was returned due to the conflict in the middle east. What the middle east has to do with my order, I don't know. I called your customer service phone number and it went no where. I sent you 2 emails and I have not received an answer from you.”
