“PROBLEM: The smaller "THE DWELLING" sign you printed for me came out looking pink instead of red. This is not acceptable. My previous order from you, about 1.5 years ago, came out nice and dark red, just like the proof looked on my computer. This time, the proof showed the same deep red color, but the final product is not even close. Since this is a smaller sign, can you reprint it and make the red look like a nice, deep fire-engine red, like the proofs look on our computers? (I need to match the Ford Transit Connect red on my truck, just like my last sign.)”
