“Actually your link tool took me to a 9"x12", but I got a 12"x24". I think you have some severe web tool issues. But here is my review: Speed - Very prompt, before the expected date Quality - Very noticeable and get many positive reactions from product. The product is Good, but even though I created the text via your app, the edges of the text were still slightly fuzzy, but un-noticeable fuzziness when viewed from any distance. The last time I had ordered you warned me my imported photo text may be fuzzy because of it being a jpeg, but this time it was text created in your tool, so unsure why slightly fuzzy. Web Tools - You sent me a link for 50% off as a valued member, after shipping the total was supposed to be approx $40 which I was planning to pay. But using Firefox browser I couldn't open my PayPal with your tool. So I tried to save the image to my account and tried logging in from another Browser (Explorer). The image was not available from my account via Explorer, even though it said it was saved according to Firefox. I had to re-create. But funny thing was the 50% off link as a valued customer would have cost me 100% more, but when I went in directly (not through the link) I got 50% off and FREE SHIPPING??!?! So the valued customers clicking your link have to pay shipping, but the people off the street got both 50% off and FREE SHIPPING for the same product. The order went from approx $40 to just over $19, when I DID NOT use the valued customer link. I would think you would want to reward your valued customers with the link, not penalize them. Just saying...”
