“The magnet itself was great. The printing process was a little wonky. I had my project printed 3 times. The first was my mistake and the next two were theirs. There was a spot on the magnet I tried to have covered up to match the background. The 1st time I didn't request a proof and it came out wrong. The 2nd time, I DID request a proof, the proof was perfect, but the print job came out wrong. Now, first and foremost, the company made good. So I commend them on that. Great customer service. The email correspondence was very poorly written. Not from the USA. Bottom line: Company is great. They will fix any issues you may have or refund your payment. Recommendation: Always get a proof.”
