“The website offers a wonderful array of choices with great brands and reasonable prices. However, the website & customer service are very unhelpful when it comes to understanding size of patterns and have an idea of what the fabric is like. Their zoom-ins are confusing and it’s tough to know what the fabric & patterns will look like once selected. Overall experience as a result was not optim.”
