“My introduction to Marie Sharp's was the grapefruit variety, and very quickly I worked my way through the other varieties, loving each of them in their own way. Then came the garlic habanero, the first sauce I had to buy a full gallon of. The garlic flavor really comes through, but without being overpowering or too pungent, and the heat level is right at that comfortable level for me where I don't have to worry about adding too much. My favorite hot sauce for sure”
