“Fifteen years ago, I worked at a burrito place with a "wall of flame" consisting of 75 hot sauces. Before we opened to the public, I tried almost every sauce on the wall so I could adequately make recommendations. Of all the sauces I tried, Marie Sharp's habanero pepper sauce was hands down the best sauce. I've had it in my cabinet every day since.”
