I've been buying this hot sauce for over a decade and the cost has almost tripled. I can no longer give these as Christmas gifts to my coworkers.

We purchased several bottles of this sauce as well as a 3 bottle gift set as they described it and showed on the website as a gift-wrapped box, We receive all the bottles that were just thrown in a box half-wrapped due to their lack of packing the bottles correctly half of them were broken. it has been about more than 2 weeks and I still have not heard from anyone from this company, to resolve this issue due to their lack of incompetence!

I live in Alaska most of the time and I had no choice but to send it to my address in Montana due to you not recognizing my address in Alaska. This will make me not be able to enjoy my order for months later until I go to my home in Montana. Your shipping options wouldn’t allow me to ship here the same as the US postal service, fed ex, UPS, or any number of other businesses that shop to me here. Very disappointed.

I am a repeat customer and love your sauces. I have shared my sauces with friends and coworkers. Having others that may have never heard of your amazing brand and a variety of delicious flavors, turn into potential customers. This December I made a purchase for myself and then made a second purchase of multiple bottles. The second purchase of multiple bottles of different sauces was a Christmas present for a friend/coworker. Unfortunately the star if the show was the bottle of original sauce that was sent damaged. I wrote a email and sent a picture of the cracked cap. It was leaking all in the box. I was desperate for a replacement bottle. What I received from your company was a generic response that I was refunded money for the damaged bottle. Seriously! I was not asking for the world or wanting bunch a free stuff, nope just a replacement bottle. By your genetic response or automated email that you just refunded me my money, it told me all I needed to know what you thought of me being your customer. So possibly I have made my last purchase.
