“I was super excited to try a bunch of these sauces I've heard so much about, only to find out they couldn't ship to me, probably because I live on a military installation. I think there's no excuse for that, considering every major shipping company regularly delivers packages onto the base. Very disappointing that I will have to ship it to my family for them to send to me. Hopefully the sauces will make up for the purchasing experience.”

“I think your advertisement to get 10 percent off with an email address was deceptive. After entering my email address, I was then asked for my phone number to get the discount. After that bit of deception, I will take some time and consider purchasing my next order somewhere else.”
