“I'm a spicelord, but this kicks my ass. It's too hot for me to use by itself, but is a great way to add heat and depth to recipes. It's replacing a reaper paste I'd been using.”

“I have a few stunt sauces that people have given me as gifts that use extract and are hotter. But this is seriously hot, but with actual flavor and none of the nasty metalic flavors in extracts. The hornet is a lot like super hot scorpion sauces I've had - a fast, sharp heat. Like scorpion, it hits the lips more than I like. I'm glad I got a batch since it may be a limited edition. I will probably mostly be using this to spice my cooking and not as a stand-alone sauce.”
