“The "White Glove Delivery" was anything but, "white glove". The technicians didn't appear to know anything about putting the chair together. They attempted to leave with the chair improperly assembled and incomplete. I had to show them where they assembled the chair incorrectly (seat pad not properly fitted, lumbar adjustment controls in the wrong place and misrouted, foot rest not screwed into the frame) and the items that they did not actually assemble (arm rest pad not secured to the frame).
Overall, it was obvious they had never assembled this chair before and they struggled to understand how to properly and safely assemble the chair.
However, they did show up on time, their home office did communicate effectively advising when I'd receive the chair, and they did stay until I told them that I was satisfied with the assembly and placement of the chair in my home.”
