“The massage chair we purchased works wonderfully, it was refurbished by Massage Chair Planet. However.... Massage Chair Planet is a distributor of chairs, not the manufacturer of them, so I will strictly review their sales and delivery process. We purchased our chair during a black friday promotion in which the unit we selected was alllegedly $10,000 off, it was actually just listed at a very standard price but reported to be at a huge imaginary discount. This felt dishonest as the chair brand new doesn't cost as much as it said the standard cost was on Massage Chair Planet's website. But I digress... Here is where massage planet really lost me, their white glove delivery service that we paid an additional $150 for, absolutely sucked. The chair was delivered with 2/3 of the pieces constructed, because of this the chair couldn't fit through any of our internal doorways. Rather than taking the unit apart and setting it up in the room of our choosing, I get a call saying, "we can shove it through the doorway, but it will certainly either scratch the chair or your door." I clarified that I'd like them to dissasemble the unit to fit into the room selected (the white glove delivery said they could deliver to any room of our choosing). They assured me they were not knowledgable enough about the product to disassemble the pieces and re-assemble it. They ended up leaving the chair in the middle of my living room, not at all near the room we had selected for it. 0/10 would not reccomend their delivery service, which seeing as that's what Massage Chair Planet actually does to my understanding, I just don't reccomend them at all.”

Hi Dallin, Thanks for leaving this review. This definitely helps us understand our strengths and weaknesses. We ship all of our chairs direct from the manufacturer. Some chairs come fully assembled and others do not. For the chairs that do not come fully assembled our white glove delivery crew is well versed on assembling them once they are in the room of choice. If the chair already comes with the side panels on it the manufacturer does not recommend anyone disassembling them except for a service team. On the detail page for the product you're looking at there is a "Specs" tab which shows the minimum doorway width needed in order for the chair to fit through it. Perhaps you overlooked that when placing your order? As far as the price is concerned, the manufacturer tells us what price we have to price it at. It will be the same on any massage chair retailers website, unless they are in violation of the manufacturer's minimum advertised price policy. But once again I'm really sorry to hear that you had a bad experience with the home delivery company. We really do bend backwards to keep our customers happy.

“Had some issues with Ogawa fullfilling the order, but the MCP customer service rep, Tanner and Adam stayed worked diligently to satisdy me and ulimately got me into a higher end chair for almost the same price. Love my chair and love MCP! Thanks guys!”

“Buying a massage chair is not a common purchase, For us it was one we thought about and researched for a long time. We ended up visiting Massage Chair Planet which was one of a few place we considered and it became clear that working with them was the smartest, safest and most enjoyable experience. Further, we got a fantastic deal, a great warranty and white glove delivery and the precise chair we loved at our budget. Great sales folks and a great assortement of chairs of different types and features.”

“I had a positive experience at Massage Chair Planet. I stopped in on a Tuesday afternoon when Adam the owner was working. Adam was very patient and answered all my questions and let me try 2 different massage chairs. I purchased an Osaki OP-4D Solis which has worked out very well for me. I am recovering from cancer treatment ad am not capable of exercising to an acceptable level. My massage chair is definitely helping. Adam truly wants his customers to be satisfied he is a fine fellow. AAA + all the way”

Thanks for purchasing the Human Touch Super Nove 2.0. You can't go wrong with this chair. Whether you like light pressure, deep pressure or anywhere in between. This chair can do it all. “Absolutely worst service...I was lied to and treated with disrespect once ordered was placed. Tanner went back on his word about how an experienced tech would put the chair together. They instead sent a moving company (Werner Moving Company) who told me over the phone that they never installed a massage chair before. This is a $15000 massage chair! How can you lie and say an experienced tech would install this? It gets even worse, there is a review where a customer said that Massage Chair Planet used this same moving company to deliver a massage chair, and they damaged the customer's floors and the delivery guy bullied and almost physically fought the customer at their own house. WOW! Then Massage Chair Planet responded to the review saying they will never use this same moving company (Werner) going forward. Well guess what? They used the same moving company for my delivery! Tanner's response was that all their negative customer reviews are based on customers having a bad day. Is this someone who you would trust to do business with? When a salesman makes a comment like that to explain the past bad reviews, that should be a clear indicator to steer away from this company. I'm not having a bad day, but I wrote this negative feedback. Thankfully, Luraco themselves reached out to me and resolved the issue. I will do business with Luraco, but never again will I buy anything through Massage Chair Planet.”

“Works great in conjunction with PT and Chiropractor regimen . I enjoy so many of the programs that it’s hard to decide which to do. Would have liked to have more heat( it’s 1/2 the heat of most in my opinion so far . I had mine for just over a month now I think .”

“When I went into the store Mark was very friendly and asked how he could help. I told him what I was looking for and the price range I was looking for and he directed me very quickly. I didn't feel like he was trying to upsell me. I felt like he was trying to help me get what I wanted.”
