The Osaki 4D Escape has been wonderful in the short time that we've owned it. Numerous friends and family have made their way over to try it out and have fallen in love with it. The foot/toe massagers are crazy good as your foot is fully immersed. I wear a size 12 shoe and do not believe that any larger of foot would be very comfortable. There is serious compression from the airbags in all areas. The purchase of the chair was smooth and painless working with Ed. He was very knowledgeable, patient and kind in answering my questions. I called and spoke with Ed and other workers on several occasions while waiting for the shipment which arrived approximately one week earlier than had been estimated. The white glove service was offered but not accepted. The chair was not easy to move as it was around 300 lbs and luckily for me I have a ranch home so I was able to muster the strength to get it inside. I would definitely recommend the white glove service and allow it to be put together by someone if possible. All in all, I would recommend Massage Chair Planet for their patience and kindness. These chair are not a small purchase (financially or physically) and I believe that Ed and the other workers answered all questions with professionalism.
