“We ordered and paid $15,100 for the new chair on December 18th, 2022 in hopes we could receive it by Christmas. The MassageChair Planet salesperson said since the warehouse is located in Las Vegas, we should get it within the week. We had told him previously that we needed delivery in Reno, NV. We were reassured that should be no problem. After the purchase, several days later, we were informed it would take 2-4 weeks due to long distance to Reno. Today is February 8, 2023 and we are still waiting to have it delivered (7.5 weeks later). I can not rate the chair since delivery time has been frustratingly slow.”
