This is something I've been trying to get done for three years, and even though it took some time to get my payment method in place, I never felt pressured or pushed to move. Everyone is very polite, kind and helpful. We love the chair, and they had a price that was significantly less than anywhere else. The delivery and white-glove service was also very good.”
