“Love the chair! The app(s) and the massage/stretch functions could use some help. Stretch doesn't seem any different from massage, not working the described way. The apps, (i use both the Gravis app and the Human Touch App) don't seem to have any way to save a preferred position and also are very touchy, sometimes responding to buttons, sometimes not. Massage and Stretch both have one function where it seems the lift is right along the spine instead of either side, causing pain and soreness.
Would love to find a user group or community for this chair”
