“This is actually a good massage chair; however, the ability to set (or have a program) for your lower back is a little complicated. In addition, when in full massage mode (say recover setting) the rollers end up pushing the head rest off the chair (I have tried to adjust the head rest). Also, at 6'4", I wish the chair was better at accommodating my height. The foot and calf section has springs to allow some extension; however, they are strong and want to pull the section up.”

“Look forward to sitting in it every night, it help eases the pain and pressure from my neck down to my legs from a back injury. It makes a difference in your life if you live with pain. It doesn't take the pain away but it relieves some pain so you can keep doing what you want or need to do in a day.”
