“I did a lot of research about massage chairs. Unfortunately, due to Covid and the fact that I couldn’t test several chairs, I relied on the description and videos online. First time I used it after having it set up by “white glove”, I noticed it wasn’t working properly. I figured out that the guys didn’t connect the air hoses. The programs are a bit confusing, but as I am trying to learn how it works, my lower back has been very sore. The airbags on the sides on my back and waist are way too tight- and uncomfortable, even on the lowest setting. I tried using it again, thinking maybe I was wrong and it wasn’t thr chair which caused my back pain.... but yet again, The following day my back pain was pronounced. I was so excited to get this chair and it not helping, but hurting me. I rarely write reviews, but I am very disappointed in this chair. I hope someone from Massage Planet will contact me to discuss options. I thought this was a top of thr line massage chair, but I am just bummed it is hurting my back. The foot massage is great, but not a lot of variety. The sound system is amazing.”
