“I find the chair comfortable in its various positions. It’s geometry is well thought out in how the multiple motorized mechanism allow to one find that sweet spot whatever it needs to be that day. Two snuggles: I would’ve paid extra to have the arm covers fitted to end of the armrest. The cord definitely needs to be longer. To feed it through past the mechanisms and out to user makes it so short it just barely hangs over the arm and not into the side chair pocket. Coil cord is a good idea just provide a longer one.”
