“I had to chase this company for my order as a confirmation was never sent, when I arrived to collect I was told it was marked as collected already and when I got it home and charged it it appears to be faulty and won’t turn on. I have tried messenger and Instagram since it’s the only point of contact (no email and no number) with no response then I get an email for a review that is a no reply email. Less then impressed to say the least. Have had to book a collection appointment (1 hour each week) to go to their gym again and try to find a solution to my problem.”
“Great piece of equipment to add to the kit for sore muscles. Really works the muscles whether a soothing low level massage or to work those deeper knots! Use it daily. The range of different heads means a range of different means to massage depending on the level of soreness/tight muscles and the type of massage you want for the particular area.
