“I have struggled with keeping my body injury-free the past year.. which sux because I teach fitness twice a week and am a very active person, so there is little chance to rest and recover properly. But since having the gun and using it religiously everyday, I've noticed that all the strains and things that were starting to get me down, have subsided (I'm talking neck pain & pulling from traps being overloaded for about 4 months... now gone!!
