“Happy overall with the delivery but moreso with the follow up communications (and the apology to customers regarding delays with shipping at L3). It'd be all too easy to give these guys a rev up when stuff like this is out of their hands and I've no doubt if they'd had been BAU at L1 then you'd certainly have no complaints (if any) whatsoever. Fact is i received the product as intended with an extra so I'm pretty thankful overall. Would certainly recommend to others!”

“Had a bit of a rough start with a faulty massage gun but Massage Guns were quick to rectify the issue sending me another massage gun immediately which was received in a couple of days. Great product, we have had no problems with the replacement. Thank you for looking after us, and saving us the fuss of having to explain over and over again what was wrong.
