“The AC adapter that charges the massage gun, does not fit the stand up charger NOR does the massage gun fit inside of it. Am I doing something wrong?”
Hi Louise. Hey sorry to hear about this. I've seen the photos you have sent. The stand up charger is not compatible with the Pro Series massage gun hence it does not fit. It's for our Platinum Massage gun model which we no longer carry. We're happy to assist you in refunding the charger. We've replied to your query on this as well so assist.
