I just finished Mountain Lake, my 13th MBN painting. Because it doesn't have a lot of small or intricate spaces , it is not as difficult as some other MBN selections, and would be a good choice for someone starting to paint. I enjoyed doing this painting,as it was a nice change in pace from more intricate designs.

I did NOT expect this to be as fun as it was. Yes it was hard work and took a long time, but it genuinely came out really nicely, and the paints that it comes with are super high quality.

I was so excited & pleased with this painting that I gave it as a gift! My doctor of 28 years was retiring & I gave him this to remember me by. He could not believe it! He told me he would cherish it forever! MasterpieceByNumbers make you an artist ❤️

I’ve finished a number of paint by numbers over the past year. This wasn’t as detailed as some, but still enjoyable. It’s a good painting to do if you’re not looking for much detail or new to paint by numbers. The kit came with enough paint and I’m pleased with the results.

Enjoyed doing this painting. As usual, very relaxing. Of the four completed, my wife likes this one the best.

I’ve just completed my 3rd MBN painting. Mountain Lake was both easy and hard to paint. Easy because it wasn’t as detailed as my first two; harder because like my previous 2 paintings, I had to do some major tweaking of the colors to make my painting look closer to the original painting. The colors that the artist Sung Kim used was colorful and vibrant. Unfortunately, the colors generated by the computer leaned closer to earthy colors. I know that it is hard for the computer to get everything exact and that’s why I now prefer to follow the colors used by the artist. Yes I had to buy additional paints and brushes but it is all worth it in the end.
