“At present it is too early to tell as we will be taking them for 3 months. What we found exceptionally disappointing was the customer service. These were ordered online with your company because the address was very close to us in Sydney and they were in stock. When we saw that they had not been shipped we went onto the chat line (which was hard to get on) and after some considerable time we were told they would be shipped "next week". we tried to ring but no one answered and we left a message but no one got back to us. A week after the order the Aussie Post tracking appear but after another week nothing was moving. We were patient taking into account COVID & Christmas issues. Finally I was able to speak to someone on the telephone and send a complaint to Aussie Post as well. This resulted in the item arriving the next day. Just as a comparison we ordered an item online from a company in Adelaide on a weekend and the parcel arrived on Monday 2 days after ordering.”
