“I take in combination with Magnesium citrate. Daily dose is: Magnesium 225mg and Potassium 297mg, half dose with breakfast and half at lunch. Started 2 weeks ago. Had muscular pain on right side of my back, it has gone from severe to very mild. My aim is to improve metabolic rate. Will increase to Mg 300mg and Potassium to 396mg by third week.
