“Slack!!! To say the least !!! Firstly received the wrong product. Secondly, sent 2 emails about receiving the wrong product - no reply. Thirdly, when I phoned, the ‘gentleman’ was not interested in my issue. Next, when I asked for the correct item to be sent, he stated that he’d already issued the refund - and hung up. Needless to say, I won’t purchase there again. At least I got at refund”
