You can get it up and it works brilliant. If you have a swelling lime a sprained wrist you can cool it and it works fantastic. Don't hesitate to buy it.”

“I actually purchased these after a small operation in hospital and these were used for heat pads, they are an ideal size and great quality , i actually bought a box of 14 and keep half in the freezer for cold compresses and the other half to hand if i want a heat pad, I must admit the cold ones came in handy for some recent warm nights over the last few weeks.lol , they dont have to be just used for injuries etc , i use them as a hot water bottle for belly ache or for cooling myself down as well as for aches and pains, they stay warm for longer than i thought compared to other microwavable ones ive used in the past. they are great value and if theyre good enough for the NHS theyre good enough for me. thank you Mymeglio”
