“Have worked through the first 3 resistance levels and the tubes are excellent. Easy to fit and to use the door anchor encourages daily workout. Only improvement would be better instructions. Only had ones without door anchor included and can’t find anything the web.”

“Would really like some extensive written/pictorial instructions. I don't like to go on YouTube to discover how to use it. Especially the strap for use under the door - I could find nothing how to use it properly”

“I'm beginning to benefit from using these bands; especially the door anchor which I can use with the ankle strap for my weak hip and cable exercises for my shoulder which I dislocated a few years ago. I'm really glad I have finally bought these and only wished I had done so much earlier. Thank you so much Meglio, for helping to spread good health around in much neeeded times.
