“I am currently part of a NHS Diabetes prevention programme, part of the programme is about exercise, our wellbeing coach recommended Meglio resistance bands to improve muscle tone. As we are currently in the winter months, and the weather does not always outside exercise, coupled with Covid rules and regulations, the meglio resistance bands are ideal to help with exercise and muscle tone.”
