“This is an excellent product, I was introduced to it by my physiotherapist, she applied it to my ankle to reduce the swelling as part of the recovery process following my ankle break, this was after 5 weeks in plaster and 4 weeks in an ankle brace. The tape worked well reducing the swelling and helping me to walk normally, the tape was applied without stretch and was cut in a lattice fashion. I changed it once a week, it adhered very well even showering every day.”
